1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery
The product is unused and in original condition
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Books once delivered in correct condition
Used or damaged products after delivery
Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Share clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you with return instructions
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and verified
Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
5. Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval
Bank processing time may vary depending on the payment method
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable
In case of damaged or incorrect product, return shipping will be borne by Extra Books
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible
